Sewing production
“Lvivtex” , sewing production located in Ukraine, offer services of garments production at all stages:
1. Design of clothes.
Our designers develop sketches of models, survey fashion trends and trade areas of population, choose cloth and accessories, decorate the clothes with embroidery and appliqués.
2. Design and embroidery programming.
All design, development and programming of the embroidery are made in accordance with our ideas or ideas of our customers. We make embroidery on up-to-date equipment, and use cloth of different quality. For our embroidery we use silk, woolen and metallic threads. Producing of appliqués is also possible.
3. Construction services.
Our highly qualified professionals will make your task easier and offer you full program of construction.
So, we offer to your attention the following services: building of patterns while clothes construction using different methods, development of basic construction, sewing of primary example, which is necessary for working through the details of the model, fitting of the example on the figure, outlining the constructional lines, modeling the moulds, correcting the basic construction, drawing the constructional lines on the moulds, modeling according to the examples, development of the set of basic applied and joint moulds of the model, gradation of the moulds according to the groups of sizes and height, established by the State Standard, development of technological sequence of the model.
4.Cutting.
Our cutting department offers the following services: automatic view of layouts DIAMINO, automatic cutting of cloth (for different types of cloth), hand cutting of cloth (for barred cloth), duplication of cloth, embroidery.
For gain of production volumes and improvement of cutting quality automatic system LECTRA “Vektor” has been installed in the department.
5. Sewing of clothes. Sewing production.
The garments are being sewed in the sewing production department, which is equipped with high-technology equipment produced by leading firms of Germany and Japan. According to international quality standards ISO-9001 the process of sewing production is constantly controlled and inspected.
We produce wide assortment of garments for children and adults and use different kinds of cloth. All our departments work in accordance with established technological discipline and developed examples. While sewing our workers use modern methods and processing technologies.
6. Print.
Our graphic designer develops examples of prints and prepares the cloth for printing. We offer prints in children, women, youth, men and sport styles.
7. Packing of clothes.
Our packing department not only irons, arranges and packs the garments into plastic packages and boxes (separate garments and sets of garments), but also controls the clothes, produced by the sewing production department.
